We listen

  • The first step is familiarising ourselves with the context of the assignment, including the vacant position, the candidate and remuneration specifications, information about the company (e.g. its mission, culture and business model) and goal dates.
  • A recruitment strategy is chosen, i.e. public recruitment (through adverts in the suitable media), or private recruitment (head hunting) for which we systematically scout our database and networks, and use market intelligence. Suitable candidates are directly approached under the strictest ethical rules. Normally both strategies are recommended to ensure maximum impact.

We evaluate

  • Interested candidates are evaluated through our high level precision process, after which we submit a shortlist of quality candidates (with their permission) to you.

You decide

  • After your own interview with the shortlist candidates, you decide who is the right person for the position.  We assist you by facilitating interview sessions during which appropriate themes and questions are put to the candidates in order to promote unbiased judgement, or ask candidates to make a professional submission to the select committee.

We follow up

  • As soon as the successful candidate has taken up his new position, we offer professional follow up to ease his initial induction into the company.
  • In key instances we will help you issue a press release to maximise the marketing benefits of the appointment.
